Inclusive Hotel
Ensuring a fully positive hotel experience: this is the goal of Inclusive Hotel, an initiative dedicated to guests with autism spectrum disorders—both children and adults—their families, and caregivers.
Inclusive Hotel was born from an idea by Best Western hoteliers and has been developed with the scientific support of L’abilità Onlus.
Our hotel has chosen to participate in this project: to better welcome guests, our staff completed a training course led by experts from L’abilità Onlus. We have selected the most suitable rooms, assessed the common areas, and prepared a Hotel Guide that can be consulted in advance to get to know the property and receive tips for a more comfortable use of the facilities.
The Hotel Guide contains all the useful information to prepare the stay of guests with autism spectrum disorders. You can view or download it before your stay.
Furthermore, to simplify and make information more immediately accessible, each room includes information sheets detailing hotel services and our city, translated into the symbols of Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC).
